Found this car for sale out of Dubai in a Facebook group. It was previously run by a Race Team in the Emirates Cup called R2Race. As they were exiting the series, the cars came up for sale.

I went through the whole import process with logistics, EPA approval, etc., so if anyone has any questions let me know!

Charley filled me in that this car was originally purchased along with 15 others for a race series in India that never happened, called the I1 Super Series. They were all identical and had custom exhausts. It made its’ way to the Emirates through auction and was then eventually run by the team I purchased it from. The chassis hours were in the 11o range, so not a whole lot of use. If the story can be believed, it was basically just sitting there for 6-8 years not being driven at all. Plan on doing as much work as possible by myself, as I do not have any ambitions for the Cup Series with a second child on the way. This, to me, is the ultimate track day toy and potentially an opportunity to run time trials or something along those lines. It is also a blast to let people experience the passenger seat at the events I attend.
