Looking for Radical tradeshow support in Orlando, October 10th 2024

Planning to use our company's Radical SR3 XX as a display in our tradeshow booth at Fabtech in Orlando Florida, early October. We are shipping the car on a dedicated truck down to the event, along with our other tradeshow booth materials, and our assigned load-in spot is a few days before our tradeshow team arrives on site. Typically, the show workers unload the crates from the trucks and transport the crates to the respective booths - no one from the company needs to be present.

 

With the Radical though, I need to have someone who 'knows what they're doing' be present to oversee moving the car from the loading dock to our booth on Thursday October 10th, exact time TBC. Anyone here local Orlando, or could recommend a shop with Radical experience that could support us with this? Will pay for a day's labor to support this (hopefully it takes an hour or two of someone's time, 99% standing around waiting on the show workers and 1% moving the car from the dock to the booth).
