Now that I have the seat moved as far forward as I can get it I worked on getting the pedals back a bit to a more comfortable/functional position.

The throttle pedal has adjustable stops so I threaded in the bolt and jam nut as far as possible, yielding about an inch of aft movement.  I retensioned the throttle cable and then reset the full throttle stop.

Next I machined two stand offs that moved the brake and clutch pedals back close to an inch.

The ergos are drastically better for me now and I plan on testing my work this weekend at Wild Horse Pass as long as I pass sound check (am waiting on a set of “loud” mufflers so I can integrate them into the exhaust system).  I’m more than willing to give up a few HP for loss of a few dB.

Foam insert kit is on the way - if I can get it done by Friday that’ll just be a bonus.

Looks good Richard.  The poured foam seat insert should allow you to move as far forward as you want.
