According to AIM documentation ( https://www.aim-sportline.com/download/ecu/racing/MBE_992_V2_101_eng.pdf ) and my AIM software, the info below is available via CAN.

Are sensors like oil pressure, oil temp and water temp even connected to our ECU?

That sheet shows the data coming from the ECU. So according to that, the ECU does look at water temp and oil temp etc.. so the dash can use the ECU sensors.

I believe this list is all of the possible channels that the MBE ECU is capable of transmitting, but not necessarily what Radical is using in their configuration.  The AIM service center in California has a lot of experience working with Radicals, so it might be worth giving them a call.  Also you could send Forum member Trailbrake (MattR) a message and he can walk you through configuring the dash so you can see which inputs are active.  I remember when I was configuring my smarty cam with my Life ECU that some of the “available” channels were not used in Radicals configuration of the ECU.
