I have a box of used MBE ECU's for Sale. They were working properly when they were removed from the cars but, I can not guarantee that they still work and I don't have the capability to reprogram them... So they are priced accordingly. $25 each plus shipping. I have about 25 of these and some are marked for the application so let me know what engine size you have and what model you would like.
