Hello everyone i have recently acquired some Brake calipers (picture attached) that i believe to be from a radical clubsport/prosport looking at the pictures in the chassis registry, from my research i thought they were made by a company called bremsport.

IMG 20240429 223701030

however when i contacted radical directly they told me they never used the brand and pointed me here as they dont support the older models.

So far what i believe to be true is they take a FERFRP502H brake pad which seems to line up with their dimensions

however the info id like to find is as follows:

1. what size brake discs did these use from factory, as in diameter and thickness?

2. do these calipers require any additional hardware other than the split pin to hold the pads in?

3. is there anywhere that still stocks spare parts for them?

Thanks in advance for any help

Hi @michal, welcome to the Registry! I have never seen a set like this before, but, as you mentioned I was able to look through some of the early cars in the Registry and I found a similar set on Clubsport 48 that look the same but the say Bremsport on them.  I sent a note to Phil to see if he could tell us more about these.

I don't have the answer (yet) of what disk diameter was used but I was able to find in some of the early Clubsport and Prosport brochures that some brakes used 238mm rotors and some were advertised as having 240mm rotors.

Out of curiosity what do you plan to use these on?
