I am restoring a sr3 gen 1 and I have seen it has a 992 MBE ECU, i wonder if it comes with data acquisition included or if I have to install a SOLO DL from aim or similar to have something.
Hi Erik (@ezabala8) What chassis number are you restoring? Unfortunately the gen 1 cars with the MBE ECU don't have data logging capabilities like the 2009 and later cars with the Live Racing ECU's have. You can get some data logging if you add an Aim Dash of SOLO, but it won't be to the level of the later cars.
Ok thanks, that was just to know and check engine vitals before running it on track or on a dyno test.
I'm restoring nº253 I was planning to register it in the registry when we are done with it, I think that is a pretty good idea wich adds value to the cars.
