I've got cars #22 & #232 and I am looking to add paddle shifters to both.
Can anyone give me any ideas on what the best options are?

If you are going to add paddle shifting to an early car I would strongly recommend using a Geartronics system. It is not an inexpensive modification it if you are going to do it you should do it right.
