I had an interesting issue this past track day. After the second session I went to turn my car off and turned the master switch to off and the car kept running?!?!
First occurrence I was dumbfounded... put the key back into the run position then back to off.. car kept running again, after my 3rd attempt it shut off.
Second occurrence it would not shut off whatsoever and had to turn my fuel off to kill the engine.
Third and final occurrence (last session) after 2 cycles the engine turned off.
My question to you all, wtf would allow this to happen? Failing switch is my best guess.
Hi Josh (@meatman), I would speculate that it is either a failed switch or there is something like a failed wire that is shorting between the two posts on the back of the switch.
