Hello everyone, I have tried in vein to get a copy of the laptop software for the Pi Research System 1 Data logger fitted to my SR4.
Cosworth has given me some manuals and data sheets an some other bits but this is what I need if anyone out there can help?
A copy of "Club Expert plus PC" software verison 3.70 or higher.
Information about the pin out for the data lead to connect the laptop to the 5 pin DIN connector.
I have tried almost every combination of RS232 serial connections.
It uses a 9 pin Coms Port connection on the laptop to a 5 pin DIN connector on the logger.
I was expecting a simple 3 wire setup using pins 2,3 & 5 with the TX & Rx swapped over but cant get it to work.
Surely someone out there who bought an SR4 or similar car fitted with the logger will have the software and a lead?
Any help greatly appreciated as Cosworth do not have the complete archive from Pi Research.
