Hi everyone.  I'm planning on selling my SR4 (chassis #7) shortly.  I've used it as a track day car since purchasing it in August 2018.  I just don't have time to use the car anymore, although it's still the most fun I've had on track.  I now only do maybe 10 track days a year and just use my GT3.

I'll post it here, of course, but I think exposure will be better if I also post on racingjunk and possibly Bring A Trailer.

There have been a few Radical sales on BaT...  Wondering if anyone here has experience selling or buying via BaT.

It's grown so much that I'm wondering if BaT is worth the possible wait time and hassle.

Thanks,

John

Hi John (@johnsopa), I am sorry to hear that you are selling your car.  I agree that getting as much exposure for the car as possible is a good thing.  In addition to posting it here I would recommend adding it to Racing Junk as well.  Some people use the free Racing Junk ad which only allows one picture and then add a link to the free Registry Ad where you can add as many pictures as you want.  BaT doesn't typically provide good results for Radicals although there a couple of exceptions to that where the cars sold above market value.  But typically, they don't meet reserve.   The Radicals that do well on BaT tend to look fantastic in pictures.

You could try reaching out to Jonathan Scarallo at Group A Racing.  He just tried to sell a really well sorted SR3XX on BAT, was super engaged with the listing and came up short.  As Charley said, it doesn't seem like Radicals do particularly well.  The last three that were listed didn't sell and there was only one SR4 that's ever been listed - back in 2018 and it sold for $20K.
