I’m changing GDU fluids for the first time. It appears the side plug that’s safety wired is 1”. I can’t seem to find a socket that fits the to fill nut. It appears to be aluminum but I’m clueless as to what size. I’m afraid a crescent wrench will chew it up.

Well I bought a bunch of sockets. The closest I could find was 1 1/8” or 29mm. I ended up fill it through the side inspection port which is 1”.
