Took a Radical (#1351) to Ozarks International Raceway in central Missouri last weekend. For those who have not been, it is an exceptional track, only a few years old, and one of my favorite in the country. Tremendous elevation changes, great flow, and very fast in the right hands (my hands are considerably slower; this video is my son who is silly quick).

This track should be on your short list.

Yes, empty water tanks for shade for the corner folks! And note the extended LED light boards that extend over the track into the line of sight.  Such a great solution, especially on a busy track with a lot of blind corners and huge elevation changes.

And agree, not a lot of room for error, with a couple spots that have a huge pucker factor. And certainly one of the most technical tracks in the US. Has a Nurburgring vibe, just without the straights. 35mph orientation laps in a dually are thrilling, so full chat laps in a Radical are pretty special.

I will admit I was nowhere near the lap time of my son— he was flying despite being his first time at Ozarks and his second time in a Radical. Oh, to be young and skilled and brave!

We met two families at the Ridge Motorsports Park a couple months back that were travelling around the US doing track days, and they said the Ozarks track is a "Must Do" for anyone who can venture out there.

Cheers
