Looking to purchase a new steering wheel for a SR1. Does anyone here have new ones in stock or know of any places where I could purchase one?
Hi Dennis (@marlettau), welcome! I would check with Radical New York, Esses Racing, or Spring Mountain. Most of the Radical dealers have them in stock. I got one from SM a few years ago and they had several in stock.
After several enquiries, AFAIK Sparco have stopped making the 270mm round suede wheel - though Radical and dealers probably have stock.
I purchased a motomec recently for my SIM, and it looks and feels virtually identical to the original. The quality is certainly not noticeably inferior considering it is 1/4 price of the OEM item. Bargain.
