New to me 2007 SR3 and I'd like to change all the fluids.
-brakes
-clutch
-oil
-coolant
Is that it? Does a SR3 have transmission or transaxle fluid or is it shared with the oil like on a bike?

The transmission shares the engine oil but the Gear Drive Unit (GDU) uses a separate oil. Here is a link to a discussion on the recommended fluids.
