Stock k7 1300 Hayabusa engine replacement

I'm replacing the engine on my 2002 Supersport with a stock 1999 bike engine.

I was hoping the Radical savants on this forum might have some answers regarding what parts need to be ported over but with no answers from anyone here I thought I should document what I've discovered so far in the hopes it helps someone down the line - I'll update as I go along...

Quick Update:

Engine is back in and runs well.

The Powertec engine seems to have some upgraded parts that I did not port over either because they were damaged or deemed unnecessary. These include:

• Crank shaft - casting seems more polished
• Con Rods - will be able to ID them once I break down the engine
• Shift star - Identical shape but maybe hardened?
