RE: SR10 Replacement Drive Shaft Boots

Hi Clark. Did you see that post about BT42 boots at driveshaftshop.com recommended for SR10?

RE: Questionable Oil Hose

Posted by: @zacko Is this normal/are they all like this? My two SR3s are the same as yours. As long as the headers and exhaust don't touch anything I don't worry about them. If they touch a bolt ...

RE: Radical electrical parts are a JOKE!

@raider89 I am going to guess that it is a Colvern CP17 Throttle Potentiometer or Jenvey TP1, and probably not available in the USA outside of Radical dealers. Jenvey store product page Attac...

RE: How to remove the oil tank?

@rojid That is unfortunate. I looked at my car a little closer with the side pod off; it looks like a tricky task. You will need to lift the car sufficiently so that the tank can be brought down th...

RE: How to remove the oil tank?

I'll give this another shot. I have not taken the dry sump tank out, but it looks like it will drop out of the bottom of the chassis with plenty of clearance, however that means you must lift and su...

RE: Radical electrical parts are a JOKE!

RE: Need advise: something weird happening after engine rebuild

Great info. I just want to re-emphasize that if/when you replace the TPS sensor, be sure not to over-tighten it. Just snug or barely snug. I learned this two weeks ago from dealers and Radical tech...

RE: GDU mechanics and 1st gear selection

I was told by a Radical tech to be quick when pressing the neutral button to shift in and out of first, and my experience has been that if I do not get to the clutch and then downshift paddle sufficie...

I also recommend that you download and analyze Aim data from prior sessions and after refresh to compare exit speeds and RPM in each corner and straight. You should get an answer pretty quick on a co...

RE: Need advise: something weird happening after engine rebuild

Posted by: @raider89 (@davidf) Have you experienced this with your new rebuild? That refreshed engine is still in its crate, so I cannot answer or compare until I swap that engine and test. Pos...

RE: Wheel Speed Sensor

I don't think there is a trick. The owner's manual says it should be no closer than 2mm from the brake disc bolts. I installed one and I may have put it a little closer than that and it works well.
