I was unaware of that difference in ratings. In Canada the highest at the pump is 94 octane and it notorious for being very poor quality at that.

Just did a quick reread, the 100 octane looks like it might be just for the 1500 engine.

For being quoted as needed to run 100 octane fuel I would imagine detonation is a problem with a high compression engine.

Also btw .. I've been using chevron 94 which is notorious for being poor quality.

@charleyhradicalsportscarregistry-com If there is too much oil dies it puke out the top of the catch can? That's what happened to mine yesterday.
