I notice some air leak at the connection (Yellow arrow).  I try to do some adjustment but there are still some leak.

Any advice?  Is that normal that could turn into some big issues?  Thank you.

Unfortunately you can get wear here that allows them to blow, the easiest but most expensive way is to replace the required parts.

If you can find a local exhaust manufacture they maybe able to reshape them for you.

Some people apply exhaust wrap to try and help but this only last a while before it blows out, looks like this has been wrapped before. The wrap does help to stop it drawing air in through this on track which can cause alot of popping and banging on the over run.

Do I have to replace both parts? Or can I skip the header?

Ideally yes but have a measure up and see if you can confirm which part is worn the most!

I remove the parts and clean them up but still have some air leak.  Ask Group A racing thinking might need some replacement parts.  Group A racing is the best by far.  They asked the factory for me and was told it's normal and it happens to all radical sr3.  I put some aluminum tape around to minimize the leak and noise.  I also tie up the exhaust to reduce twist from turns.  Group A racing is honest and I will always go to them if I need any parts.
