Lots of kick back in corners -- due to bias ply slicks?

I've been running Hoosier scrubs bias ply slicks since day one.
In corners, I get a lot of high frequency kick back, almost like the tires have lots of flat spots. Straight line isn't an issue. It's really starting to annoy me.
I regularly do nuts/bolts checks, I've also been moving all the uprights around to make sure nothing is worn. Everything is good and tight.
Could this be due to me running bias ply slicks vs radial tires?
