I'm putting together a group of friends to rent Road America privately for a day next summer. We've picked Friday July 22nd because it's right before the EAA air show that some pilot friends are coming to and will join us. As you know Road America isn't too cheap. At the moment we are thinking of capping it at 35 people which would result in about $800-1000 per person. If anyone is interested let me know and I'll put you on the list. There is another group running Saturday and Sunday if somebody is coming from out of town and wants to make a weekend out of it.

I will certainly email you the details but I’m also posting here because some have sent private messages asking the same thing. Our private rental is slotted for Friday July 22. On Saturday July 23 and Sunday July 24 there is another group running. It is hosted by GTtrackdays(the guy who runs it is Todd from GT racing tires). It’s not a typical HPDE format with sessions and run groups. Todd’s events are open format and mostly advanced drivers so you can get as much track time as you want. Registration has not opened up yet but will soon. He charges $750 for a single day and $1000 total if you are attending both days. Another option if you are making the journey up this way is to contact Team Stradale at Autobahn Country Club which is in Chicago. He runs a big group of Radicals and has access to guest driving days.
So far we have 6 Radicals signed up for our private track day and we’d love to have more. I’ll keep updating this thread
This is a great opportunity to drive on one of the best tracks in the country.
