I grabbed a video from YouTube rather than my own as he is better at demonstrating the phenomenon.
In short - what is it? Is it bad for the GDU? Is there a way to tune it out? Many of the Radical cup drivers do it into nearly every heavy braking corner.

In past i did Face the same problem, look here:
I did solve it with shift with a lot more rev. Problem solved
