Rear roll bar touching exhaust

Over the weekend we lost one of the bolts for the rear roll bar. Upon further inspection I was suspicious of the heat from the exhaust loosening the nyloc nut from the heat. As you can see in the picture, the exhaust is resting on the roll bar. Is this typical? What has everyone done to stop heat transfer into the roll bar from the exhaust?

@gwt561324, it normally doesn’t touch.  You can see from the marks in the picture that the pipes normally sit higher and there is a different angle at the interface with the muffler.
