Hi all,

any ideas where I can get hold of some brake cooling ducts that go on the back of the hubs? I’ve seen a company in the states that do them in carbon fibre for $200, but I’m from England and radical say they don’t stock them (which I find strange). I don’t need the duct work or or front bumper ducts, just need the covers from the rear of the hubs.

cheers one and all

Hi Sam.  I found some of these for you.  They are a little pricey because they are new parts.  They cost $205.97 each plus shipping for the US.

But you may want to try the Radical Factory again because I was told that they still stock these parts.  Apparently the newer parts should work with the Gen 1 cars.  I would think the shipping cost would be lower if you get them directly from the factory since they are so much closer to you.

Necro-ing this thread. I found a set of these in a box that came with my Prosport and would like to install them (slightly less terrible than a mess of zipties) but I can't work out what's supposed to keep them in the back of the hub. Anyone have a picture of the retaining mechanism?

@mikesmith funny, I was wondering this too! We managed to get a set of old stock vents from radical for £100 which is a touch!!! They fit perfect but not sure how the hold in place?

On the Prosport that I had the parts just sat inside of opening on the upright.  One side swiveled freely and the other had one pop rivet that held it in place.  I would say that using a pop rivet would be a good idea to help keep them from moving around.  Here are a couple of pictures.

Thanks for the confirmation; looks like I'd just need to drill a hole in the upright to run the rivet through, which shouldn't be too bad.
