Hi all. I have 2014 Radical SR3 1500 and after I got a chance to take it out for the first time I very quickly realized the paddle shift paddles take far to lite a touch to click the microswitch and make a shift. My SIM setup has a better, firmer paddle than this thing. So, after a lot of measuring I found the following springs to add to the setup:

PXL 20250115 025350492.2

^The spring on the left replaces the stock spring inside the plastic plunger. This spring change is probably a big enough difference alone for most people. However, I added the spring on the right as well, and I cut this spring down to "fine tune" the feel I wanted. I cut about 25% of this spring out.

PXL 20250115 025414044.2

^Here you can see the added spring.

PXL 20250115 025640615.2

And the paddles on my car, which I assume is the same across other radicals.

Anyway, hope this helps someone else out there. The springs were purchased from McMaster.
