Is this a temperature sensor for the GDU?

Should it not be hooked up to something?

That is the Reverse sensor. It is only used on street legal cars.

What looks like a MAP sensor is actually the BAP sensor on the firewall... I would imagine your ECU is a Life Racing...

Should that not be wired into something then? I have an OEM suzuki ecu and wiring harness.

It's used in cars with the Life Racing ECU and possibly older ones too with the MBE... Not sure how the Suzuki ECU gets the information or if it has a different sensor.

I'm hoping that somebody might know what these particular hook up are for they're coming out of the stack display.

Yes I know, I have some clean up to do 🙂

Are there no labels on any of them ? The two SureSeal connectors are probably just available entry points for sensors (they look like they could be brake pressure sensor connectors - that's what they look like on my Stack dash)...

As for the two small wires they could be for a dash button that is unexposed. My stack dash has provision for 4 buttons but only 3 were exposed/in-use on the dash.

Josh,

Way back when, I converted two different (maybe even 3) SR3s to run with the newer 1340cc engine (aka K8 aka Gen 2 Hayabusa) using the stock Suzuki throttle bodies and stock wiring (like you have).  I always tried to remove as much of the older electronics as possible so as not to confuse myself (and future owners like you).  Seems the person that converted your maybe wasn't as thorough. 🙂

If you have any further questions, keep posting.  Happy to help if I can.

Thanks Matt!

I'm sure I'm going to have many questions and be learning a lot over the winter.

I just came across a Healtech OBD scanner So I should be able to see what's working and not working. This screenshot was the first time I plugged it in and the engine is not running.
