I’m ordering some new rotors and am trying to track down the hardware specs needed for the hardware that attaches the rotors to the hats. Any help is appreciated.

Ben,

Which hardware from this diagram are you looking for? My factory brakes are in a box at the moment so I could measure them for you easily.

I just got a quote from SMR in the last few days, out of stock, but They want $87.89 per brake disc bolt set which I assume is simply the 10 bolts/nuts that connect disc to the hat (not the wheel drive pegs).

I’m looking for the smaller bolts that connect the hat to the rotor. Not the 4 larger wheel locator bolts.

@cirrusdriver - Here is a kit I purchased several years ago. Part No was BD0061.  Price was about US$75 per side.

Not sure if you need the whole kit or just the bolts.

The bolts look like pretty standard grade 8.8 Socket Head Cap Screws (Unbrako brand) M6 x 30mm thread length.

Hope that helps?

Dan - the kit comes with more than just the bolts/nuts/washers.  There's a piece of hardware for each bolt that provides positive location radially (between the rotor and the aluminium centre hat) while allowing axial movement (the disc 'float')

Kit Part No. is BD0061

Hi @stmbuilt,  The torque is called out in the owners manual and is 8 ft./ lbs.
