what kind of connector is this and what do I need on the other end to wire up to this?

@dwang2000, Those are called Sure-Seal connectors. They come as male and female connectors and those are female, so you will need some male connectors to plug into them.

Do you have a part number or any idea where you can order them? Did a quick Amazon search and didn't find anything.

Here is a link to a catalog for them. I think I was wrong on those being the female side…
the easiest place to get them from is Spring Mountain but you can get them on line also.
