Hi from SR3 owner in UK
Hi
just picked up a 2003 Road Legal SR3, so look forward to joining in on these forums.
Previous cars have been Ultima GTR, KTM XBOW, Lotus 2-11, Ariel Atom and a selection of caterhams over the years, so will be interesting to see how the Radical compares on the road. I know it will be faster on the track 😉
cheers Dave
Welcome Dave (@djw)! Congratulations on the new car. It is great to see one of the rare street legal SR3s and to have you as a part of the Forum community. What chassis number is your car? Is it in the Registry yet? I am looking forward to hearing more.
Charley
Welcome Dave! I look forward to hearing how much you like the Radical and your thoughts in comparison to the other vehicles you have owned/driven!
Charley and everyone on here do such an outstanding job helping with all types of questions! I would be lost without this resource.
Great pic! What tracks in the U.K. are you going to run your car at?

Dave (@djw), your car looks a lot like chassis number 256. If you hadn’t mentioned that your car was a 2003, I would have guessed that it was 256, but 256 was made in 2006. Here is a link to some great pictures in the Registry of 256. https://radicalsportscarregistry.com/sr300256/

Just checked paperwork and it’s officially a SR3 Supersport with chassis number SR3-S-0014
@NicH have Donington, Silverstone and Castle Combe all within 90 minute drive, with Donny being my favourite . Look forward to carrying some serious speed through Craners 😉
Cadwell is a bit further afield but another track I enjoy. Diagram of of Donny and Cadwell below for those outside of UK
