Welcome Brian (@sr300259)!  Congratulations on getting an SR3.  Based on your question and the pictures in the Registry of your car I assume that it is still set up for the Dry-break refueling system.  This system uses a dump can that can be purchased from Radical or you can get the cans on the internet from ATL and other sources.  Cars with this set up can also be filled with a regular gas can or out of a fuel pump but it do take a little patience.  There is flap on your fuel cap that is spring loaded closed.  You can push that flap down an inch or so and it gives you enough room to get a fuel spout in there.  Unless you plan to do endurance racing and need to load large quantities of fuel quickly I wouldn't buy a dump can, I would either fill the tank as described or I would purchase a standard filler cap and replace the one you have.  Replacing the filler cap should be less expensive then buying a dump can and it is much easier to live with.
