Picked this up today along with a big spares package. Chassis 00064.

Been well loved and maintained by previous owner and will do my best to keep it that way.

Mark (@prschmn), congratulations on the new car!  This looks like a great Prosport.  I am looking forward to hearing about your progress with the car.

Out of curiosity is the chassis number RPS00064 or RMS00064, or RCS00064?  I have to admit that I am a Radical nerd when it comes to details 😂

I did hear of your nerdiness! And I'm good with that having similar "issues"

I will check the numbers for you tomorrow.

And thank you!

Thanks Mark (@prschmn), That confirms that your car started life as a Clubsport (RCS = Radical Clubsport.  I should have recognized your car because I have had conversations with two of the previous owner of this car and have some good information in the Registry on it.  https://radicalsportscarregistry.com/clubsport-sn-64/ .  Your car appears to be very well sorted and has  very nicely designed custom front splitter / crash box.  You are going to have a great time with this car.

Your car looks like it has mostly been changed over to Prosport specification, but, in case you are wondering the major differences are between the Clubsport and Prosport they are as follows:

1) The Prosport has a rear wing (which your car now has)

2) The Prosport typically came with a Suzuki Hayabusa based engine, although there were a number built with a Kawasaki 1000 engine to compete in the U.S..  The Clubsports originally had a Kawasaki 1100 engine.

3) The Prosports have wider F3 wheels (8" x 13" front and 10" x 13" rear), compared to the Clubsports 13" x 6" front and 13" x 8" rear.

4) The Prosports were designed to run on Radial tires while the Clubsports were designed to run on bias-ply tires.  The primary difference is that the upper a-arms in the front were changed to allow more camber to be dialed it.

5) The Prosports added vents over the front and rear wheels to allow air to escape.  It looks like your car has the front vents but not the rear vents.

With all of that said, I am confident that you will have a fantastic time with this car the way it is currently configured.

Enjoy,

Charley

Thank you!  Great information. I've been spending time getting getting it read to run.Thinking

for all the work prior owner did which was great some routine maintenance items haven't been dealt with

but May make for a winter project. Really can't wait to try it and see how it compares with the F2000

I was used to. More power and downforce-woohoo.

Congratulations on this purchase! Been watching that car closely and even chatted with the previous owner about it. Should be a riot!
