Is there going to be a 2019 Radical Cup series in the U.S. ???
If not are there any other interesting series out there?

Yes, there is a North American Radical Cup for 2019, but I have not seen a schedule yet.

Stephen, the first race of the 2019 North American Radical Cup has been announced, and the full schedule should be announced soon. The first race is at VIR on April 25.
