750 Motor Club is thrilled to welcome Josh Smith back to the RLM RacingBikesports Championship this year, for a full season campaign. Having dabbled in the championship on two previous occasions, we’re pleased Josh will be joining us for all six rounds and 14 races.

After beginning his racing career in the 750MC’s RGB Championship, Josh first raced with the Bikesports pack a decade ago, in a Radical Clubsport at Mallory Park. After some time away, he returned at Snetterton last year, this time racing a Radical SR3. This year he will be behind the wheel of ‘Poppet’, his Radical PR6.

Despite having only raced with the Bikesports field twice before, Josh was a strong addition to the grid, securing the class lap record at Mallory. He looked set to secure a second place finish at Snetterton, until a fuel pump failure dropped him out of contention.

Now with a new car, he has ambitions of winning the championship in the 2019 season. A motorsport Course Leader at Bridgwater and Taunton College, Josh’s car will be run by a team of his students. The team will also be providing race support to two other cars in the Bikesports paddock.

You can follow the team's progress throughout the season right here - Bridgwater & Taunton College Motorsport.

Josh and the team would like to thank their sponsors for their support this season:
- Oakmont Construction
- Spring

Also their technical partners:
- Fuchs Lubricants (UK)
- Performance Friction Europe
- K&N Filters

Round 3 took place at Anglesey this weekend just gone, some good racing right through the field and some relatively good weather (for the UK).

Right next to the sea makes for some scenic racing!
