Brand new Hayabusa(s), for sale
Not sure if this is appealing to anyone,
I have a connection (dealer/friend ) that has 3 new “in the box”2019 Hayabusas’ for $11k each. If someone was willing, they could keep the engine and part out the remaining as a rolling chassis or separate parts.
Are these 1500s or 1340s? Also, are they RPE sealed engines?
They are a complete Suzuki Hayabusa motorcycle, which is a 1340cc
Thanks. I believe Radical modifies these engines to survive in an automotive environment. I don’t know how much is changed in the 1340’s, but I don’t know how well a standard motorcycle engine would work. Perhaps someone with detailed knowledge can clarify.
Graeme, do you know the price for just the engines? Or engines with loom, ECU and throttle bodies?
For the Radical's the engines are modified quite a lot. Valves and springs changed, cam chain tensioner, gearbox changes, clutch and selector system plus the dry sump.
He just wants the whole motorcycle sold, so yes it would be sold with everything. then it would be up to them to sell off the unused bits and modify the engine to what ever standard they want. I don't know what a new in the box Hayabusa engine would be worth.
@gramd, I totally missed the part about them being the complete motorcycles, and not just an engine. That sounds like a great price for a new motorcycle.
Didn’t mean to drag this out this far, if this appeals to someone just message me. Thanks for looking at it.
Do you have any pictures of the bikes?
