Stephen -- those are a standard part (1/4" x 2" locking quick release pin), available at places like McMaster-Carr ($18.20 apiece)

Does anyone have the size/dimensions for the rear retaining clips? Linch pin or hairpin cotter pins?

They are .1820 x 1.245 (3/16 x 1 1/4).
