Need to speak to a Radical engine builder/RLM.

You need a Gen 2 clutch basket with correct clutch mods, OEM Suzuki clutch plates with Radical spec heavy duty clutch springs.

Centre hub also needs to be inspected for wear.

Keep in mind the center section you found that rattles is designed to do so.  Suzuki did it so that if you did a high RPM down shift  and the rear tire locks up it can cause problems.  That piece is designed so that if the rear tire starts to drive the motor, it release the pressure plate enough to let the clutch slip rather than lock up the rear tire.

I spent a ton of time looking into this when my gear position sensor failed.  I bought a new one and had to pull the clutch and basket to get to it.  When I did the pieces in the picture above fell out.  I could find no reference to them anywhere.  Those who I asked had no idea.  I figured out how to put them back in after playing with it, but still was not sure of their purpose.  Then I found this…

it soaks up some of the space and keeps the clutch pressure plate from releasing as easily with high RPM down shifts.  These are under RLM’s Hyabusa car conversion parts.

Ultimately it is your choice.  The stock clutch rattles by design.
