Le couple de serrage des deux écrous des engrenages de rapport illustrés dans le GDU est de 80 Ft / lbs. Et le couple pour les boulons du couvercle est de 12 pi / lb. J'ai joint les instructions du manuel du propriétaire Radical.

I finally had a chance over the weekend to change the diff oring on the left hand side of the diff and the new part I ordered from Team Stradale (P/N TQ0028) had a diameter of 2.3mm but the removed oring had a dimension of 1.8mm. I apologize for the crude measurements shown below.
New Oring (2.3mm)
Old Oring (1.8mm)
When I removed the LH side gear diff cover it looked like the oring completely fit in the grove thus no sealing occurred (metal and metal contact). I was wondering if anyone has ever seen this (or experienced firsthand) or has ever measured their diff oring?
I don't know if the previous owner/mechanic installed the incorrect oring or it compressed over time.

Has anyone ever changed their own GDU gears? If I remove the nut holding on the right larger gear the gear just slides off. On the left side, I removed the nut, bearing and spacer and the gear will slide off about 1/4 inch then get stuck. I tried a gentle pry but it won't budge. I don't want to pry any harder in case I'm missing something else that needs to be done
