Hey guys, at the last race, I noticed that my radiator fan wasn't turning on anymore. We applied 12V directly to the fan to test it, and it worked. Can someone explain to me how the fan is controlled? Normally, there should be a relay and maybe a fuse. Unfortunately, I can't find either. Thanks again for your help.

Michael

@crazydriveracing - Hi Michael.  The relays for the Fan, Fuel Pump and Water Pump are in the right hand sidepod on RS and RSX models as far as I know.  On my RSX they are rivetted to the outside of the skin on the chassis.  You will need to remove the sidepod to get access to them (I'm not sure why these weren't put in a location where they could be accessed to check/maintain them - doesn't seem to make much sense)

In the XX and the current XXR models they changed to using a PDM/PDU so no relays exist in those cars... you will need to check the PDM/PDU with software to troubleshoot.
