Here is an interesting piece of Radical SR8 History! This car was owned by the late Steve Prentice who was the designer of the Radical SR8 engine. This is one of only a few road legal SR8's. It is an extremely rare opportunity for someone to purchase a very unique piece of Radical History.

@mark44, I have to agree with you about the challenges of driving an SR8 on the street. However Steve used his on quite a few very long trips. It takes the right kind of person to enjoy adventures like that. There are some people on the Registry that do enjoy it though. I know of two other people that have street registered SR8's that they use. And there are some RXC coupe and Spyder owners that drive their cars on the street, not to mention more than a few SR3 owners. I drove an SR3 on the street a few times and was keenly aware of how small you feel compared to the other cars out there. 😬
