Has anyone ever has their Radical get stuck in gear? My 2012 SR3 (1340) is stuck in second gear....

Radical should and normally fit an aftermarket 'heavy duty' replacement 5th & 6th output gears as this is a known problem.

I would recommend that you do the same as an OEM gear is likely to suffer the same issue again in the future.

 

I can't seem to find any heavy duty gear options.....I've found a bunch of places that sell stock stuff which is what I was planning to replace with.

But, I'm interested in something better if anyone knows of a source.

All of the parts in the trans are stock hayabusa parts - nothing Radical specific in the transmission that I can see.

 

Try RLM Racing, they are in the UK so shipping wont be the cheapest but they stock them.

I would also recommend replacing the input shaft whilst you are in there.
