Axle boot clamps/tool?

Napa sells boot clamps that are ideal length and 7mm wide for both the small and large clamps. Part #: CVB 6865833 for the small diameter, and CVB 6865834 for the large.  Only drawback is price at $2.49/$3.00 per clamp, but if you need these fast it is a good option.

Oetiker part number 1670042 (Belmetric part number CHPE33.1) , 33.1mm x 7mm is the correct size for the smaller end of the boot.
