A friend of mine at Radical sent me the process for checking / setting the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) on cars with MBE ECUs (or other Radicals without the Life ECU).  He said that you should back probe the TPS connecter on the center red wire and adjust the TPS to read between .19 to .21 volts at idle.  To back probe the connector insert a thin (positive) multimeter probe into the back of the sure seal connector and put the black probe on a chassis ground.

I used the above information to make voltage readings and changes to my MBE ECU TPS. Take the TPS voltage readings with the ignition on. It does not change with engine running or not. The TPS cover will likely be stuck to the TPS housing so pop it loose and replace it before trying to turn the TPS housing.
