Just thought you might all enjoy the sound of a 1440cc Hayabusa engine singing on the engine dyno.

Great sound, how many hp and torque did you get. Allsow i whant to ask you is is safe to run 11700rpm?

I'm very curios because i have similar setup on my Prosport but it revs only 9700rpm.

This is a 'special' 1440cc engine that we have done, it did 260hp at the output shaft, I cannot remember the torque figure.

Due to the parts in this engine we can rev it higher it higher than normal plus we can always rev them a little more on the engine dyno as it is so controlled and we do not have to worry about downshift over revs etc when setting max rpm.

If you have a standard Hayabusa engine then the limiter should be set to 10,500 rpm, so you have a little room for more revs.
