What's everyone doing to put the car on a high stand? I'd like to take the under tray off and was curious what the most common practices were.

Garrett, when you say that you want to take the under tray off, are you talking about the rear diffuser (the black fiberglass "cover" under the engine)?  If that is what you are talking about you don't need to get the car in the air to remove it.  It is held in place by two bolts in the rear, and another two smaller bolts in the middle of the diffuser.  The front of the diffuser sits on a shelf.  To remove it, take out the two middle bolts (I think they are 10mm).  Then remove the rear bolts ( I think they are 15mm nuts and bolt).  Then rotate the back of the diffuser down and bull it backwards and the front will come off of the shelf.

I never jacked my car very high.  Usually I would back my car up on the long Race Ramps that I used to load the car in the trailer.  That gave me enough room under the car to service the car.  I have also used a standard rolling jack on the rear jacking point (small vertical pipe) and jacked the car up enough to put in jack stands.

Here are a couple of pictures that show the attachment points for the rear diffuser.  The picture of the diffuser is from my RS so it will be a little different from yours, but the concept is the same.
