I just found out from local Dealer/race team that I am supposed to drain the air tank (south humid) every track weekend to remove moisture/water.  How and where?

A good question! I've been told the same thing with my new Geartronics shift gear on my SR8. But there's no drain opening on the tank! It seems you're expected to remove the tank from the car and tip it on end to drain. Not a good solution....

@raider89,did they tell you how to do it?  I have never done it.  I can see how it might be a good idea in humid environments, but I don’t even know how it would be done.

No, did not share that detail.  My new car apparently had several air leaks in the system, so they removed side pod to get access for tracing those problems.  In doing so, did the tank drain.  Frankly, it is such a hidden location, cant imagine being able to do that from the small side access door.

use allen key access  on bottom tank  enough room  to get into .  some race cars have small hole and grommet fitted  on  bottom of  side pod   for easier location
