How to adjust the spring collars?

i need to adjust the preload on my front springs; i know there's a little grub screw but do i need some kind of special tool/key to rotate the collars? i have a similar thing on my road car to adjust them, had a look through the radical catalogue but can't see anything?
do i have to loosen the grub screw first before rotating? and what do you use?
thanks

Use a coilover spanner wrench with the car lifted and springs unloaded to adjust preload. I use a Joe's Racing spanner wrench.
Note that adjusting preload will affect corner weights, so you should continue with a complete chassis setup.
