Hello everyone,

This is my first post with the forums in hopes I can rebuild my recently acquired Radical Prosport, which you can follow my progress, as I am writing articles about my adventure on Drivetribe.com if you're interested.

With that, I have loads of paperwork that came with the car, and although there are a few exploded view part sheets, none of them pertain to what I'm looking for. I'm basically looking for frame parts if I can avoid fabricating them, saving some time. Aft of the Bulkhead is a loss, and so are a few other spots, so any info, or pointing in the right direction would be great. Thanks guys, and hope to be more frequent on this site!

Hi Jeffrey (@lemonstre929, I enjoyed reading your article and am looking forward to following your progress.  Is this car RMS 0157?  If it is I think we talked recently.  You have quite a project on your hands.  Unfortunately Radical will not sell frame parts but perhaps you can find a Prosport with front end damage or find a bare chassis.  Also, with a hard hit like that I would recommend rebuilding the engine before use.

If you list out what other parts you need some Forum members might have extras available.  Have you seen the Prosport parts catalog in the Resource Library?  It should help  here is a link https://radicalsportscarregistry.com/radical-clubsport-and-prosport-parts-catalog/

Hello Charley, yes! we spoke when I first came on board I believe at the beginning of December, also, yes, this is chassis RMS 0157. It's sad to hear Radical does not sell spare frame parts, but I guess for safety reasons. However, it's not that bad considering the low to medium difficulty of replicating the parts. Honestly, besides that, I'll need to find a fellow Prosport owner and measure points on the chassis to ensure the suspension geometry is correct.

I did level the front then put a laser level on the chassis and found the left-hand side (impact side) is about 5/8 higher than the other side, as well as about 3/16 pulled in about 6 inches from the bulkhead, but it's still stressed from the damage and no kinks/irreversible damage found. I'll need to cut away the rear bulkhead and do some old Karting chassis straightening techniques to destress it and weld a new bulkhead back in.

Also, after giving it some thought, I do agree with inspection/rebuilding the engine. We were actually planning to pull it out in August, and some dirt/debris was found in the intake ports/in the area where the valve cover is damaged, so I have a lot on my plate, but shouldn't be a problem to get it back up and running like new 👍 Thanks for reading it, and please follow, I do hope this might help any fellow owner that may not be very handy in in-depth chassis repair/modifications
