Here's what I use. Smaller than normal padding so less wind resistance yet still SFI approved. It passes SCCA tech, not sure about Radical Series.

Do you have that padding zip-tied as well or just use the adhesive it came with? Have an installed pic?

Here are a few pic's. Keep in mind that mine have been off and back on a couple of times already. Normally they stick on and then zip tie and stay put pretty well. Sometimes people do turn them a little when getting in.
