No - if I have a decent break I lower them to 140. For short breaks I leave them set at 180 because it typically takes long enough to get them back there.

I think you will definitely notice the difference in 5 mm of drop. Not a professional or anything, but I feel the car is sensitive to both ride height and rake - more from aero than roll center though...

I'm guessing you don't have the factory fan on the water radiator that is temp activated? If not I would get one. It makes life way easier managing water temps on grid and in the paddock. Barring that...

I just spun the rear wheels on mine - eventually we got fluid. It did take quite a while though.
