@davidf I don't ever use SS braided hose. Only Aramid, and I use it for oil hose as well.

@parsonsj Great info. I wonder whether the stainless braided hose is necessary for fuel and oil lines? My other race cars use the aramid braided lightweight hose.

If you are going to convert something, look into a rollback / flatbed truck like below. They are not common in the USA, but they have been done inexpensively.
